Note: - Due to the credit crunch and reduced visitor numbers, there now seems to be a lot of 'very cheap' Hotels and Guest Houses in Blackpool.
Extremely low prices can only be achieved by sacrificing something (level of cleanliness, fresh laundry policies, 1st rate menu ingredients, reduction of hot water or heating, etc.)
Here at the Hound Dog Hotel, we refuse to compromise on our renowned quality & service as many have done; and have therefore decided to freeze our current low prices for the foreseeable future, but we will not be trying to reduce our tariff further by offering poorer quality accommodation or service.

Groups/Parties:

The Hound Dog hotel does not take same sex groups, stag or hen parties, etc.  Family groups, mixed parties of friends, conference or competition attendees and contractors are however accepted.   Prices / terms and conditions for such bookings available on request.

Accommodation provisionally booked shall be held for a maximum of five working days, please confirm your booking within that time along with a £20 deposit per person (non-refundable).

Un-confirmed bookings are assumed to have been cancelled and rooms will therefore be re-booked.

Rooms held on 'short notice' shall have terms agreed at the time of arrangement and holding of rooms shall be based upon proposed arrival time.

Full payment by cheque can only be accepted if balance is received a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival.

No refund can be given for meals not taken.

Please pay Balance in 'cash' on arrival.

Check in available at any time (subject to room availability), however please ensure check out by 10:00am on day of departure.
